Title: Welding on a seat subframe with airbag installed.
Post by: LowlifeDubber on 21 February 2012, 14:12
Now then,im just about to modify my new seats and i have to weld to the existing subframes.
Problem is,to separate the subframe from the base or to remove the airbag, the whole bloody seat has to come apart and its a stupidly long job and all the clips are liable to break.

How safe is it to weld to the subframe with the airbag still attached?

Cheers
