Hi all,

I have recently moved to Sheffield, and am looking to get involved with the VW/GTI movement.

I drive a mk2 Golf GTI 8v (Oak Green), here is a quick summary of what is in her:
- tall-block conversion (2e)
- Ported and polished head
- Kent cam (gs2h)
- TSR 4-branch manifold
- Quaife ATB diff
- 4-paddle clutch
- 16v front brakes
- half leather interior

A few more performance mods will come in the next few weeks (adjustable cam pulley, g60 injectors, uprated HT leads), along with some general tidying-up, and maybe some new wheels.

I am desperately looking for a mechanic with a good knowledge of mk2 GTIs, she needs some love! I am based in Sheffield, so would like one within an hours drive if at all possible, any suggestions/advice most welcome.
