yes. clearly they wont understand a diagram because they speak another language.....

The uni I work at has to have signs up telling people not to wash their feet in the sinks, don't think we need the toilet ones yet though!

That's because muslims have to wash their feet before prayer. If you went to the toilet on a Friday lunch time, you'd see the toilets packed with them washing their hands faces and feet in the sinks.
