Title: rattle on engine
Post by: maccas on 25 September 2003, 21:05
i have a 91 8 valve with 100k on the clock. it has a tapping noise at the top of the engine which i thought was a tappet, but after replacing all the tappets the noise still exists. I have my suspicions that it may be the camshaft after noticing a little scar on one of the cam lobes. Can anyone help??
