Title: clock not saving time

hello :) new to this forum and just got myself my new car (1.8t) mk4 and ive noticed that the time doesnt save, everytime i leave it for a few hour i come back and its just showing 00.00 kinda has me scratching my head haha new dash insert maybe?

thanks for the reply :) and naa mate ive checked that, fully recharged the battery and tested it all ok, even done a fault scan only fault in ecu is coolant temp and both door locks haha

Few people said they had same problem and new battery sorted it?
