Title: Interior advice for mk3 3door
Post by: big dodd on 09 February 2012, 18:03
Does anybody know what interiors will fit into a 3 door, was thinking I'd like to try something different and out of the ordinary.

door card etc im pretty sure only the mk3 stuff will fit, but seats you are only really limited by the amount of work you want to put in. theres a guide up top to fitting mk4 seats which is fairly straight forward

Ive seen cupra seats in a mk3 (from the Ibiza that shares the mk3 platform), 6n and 6n2 seats apparently fit.

Ive also seen plenty of stuff fitted that has used cut around mk3 subframes such as BMW E36 leather seats, Audi TT seats, Porsche Tombstones, and the recaros out of Rover 200 series...  If you know someone who is good with an angle grinder and a welder, anything can be achieved.
