Title: 1z turbo spiking at high rpm

seems to hit a wall if its not warm

hits maybe 3500/4000 rpm

then just gives up looses power and slows down suddenly even tho my foot is still planted

any ideas ppl

Well mine was like that constantly, advise I was givin every time I enquired was to get it on vagcom, and post up the codes if you cant find them yourself, I have them on my phone lol.

Mine turned out to be fuel shut off solenoid (n109 valve) £12 for a new I got one for, £35 for a genuine one from eurocarparts.

Codes need to be read.  If it's spiking boost then it's likely to be the N75 valve.
