can a wiper motor be opened up fixed and rebuilt?

yeah sorry forgot to add that,got sold a duff one from classifieds and sellers being a dick,the actual wiper moves but no water is coming out,the tube attached if you pull it off water comes out the tube so its obviously the motor that's blocked

You can get a repair kit be very careful as you need the correct one for your make of motor

i was gonna say i have just removed all mine as iam goin for the smooth look and have it laying about but from the other thread you wont be buying of here again  :grin:

ill give it till monday mate if only i had seen that thread before, but i had noticed him on here lately so went for it

i paid through goods so should be ok

I'll wait and see if i get a resolution from seller then if not i'll open it up and see whats the score or i might take you up on the offer daz

mine worked perfect only took off for the minamalistic look on th rear end i have sold loads of bits on here which ive never had problems with its laying around doing nothing so if ya stuck its there  :undecided: :smiley:

sorry to jump in on this thread just saves opening another thread im having an intermitant problem with my motor as in it wipes on its own when you go to start the car does it on the odd time so thought maybe a bad earth but checked it over and cant find any

so im starting to suspect a bad earth in the motor its self now another thing if i go to wash the back screen as the water is comes out the jet the motor pauses wiping till you stop the jet is that normal? or do your wipers keep wiper while the jet is still going? as my previous cars i owned they used to wiper while the jets going..
