Title: steel wheels (cleaning of)
Post by: richy on 19 May 2005, 17:10
Can anyone recommend a good way or a good product to clean the rust and sh!te off steel wheels?  My old Polo is in good nick apart from its cruddy wheels, and I want to spruce them up.  Any ideas?   :undecided:

Soapy water and a green kitchen-cleaning pad. You need to go at it hard enough to remove rust, but not too hard, or you'll take the paint off.
