Bulb fitted incorrectly in nearside headlight causing incorrect beam - easy fix
Nearside head lamp too low ( anyway of checking the aim myself)?
Both steering gaitors split and powersteering fluid leaking from offside
So thats what my problem was. Its emptied the fluid between me checking yesterday and today
Whats the problem with the rack and how do i fix at what cost?

Sounds like you need a new rack  the seals go Recon can be had for around £120 then the labour to fit.

yes so ive found out from research on the net. Time to get rid i think

Well once the rack is done thats not too bad a fail list - you will have to get the rack done before you sell anyway- i would keep it as it will be a good car after.

Tbh mate I would get it sorted, not to bad a job.
And hoping if you do get rid you tell the buyer it has probelms and not be one of these who sell a car with problems they know about and dont tell the buyer, not the most honest thing to do and I hated it when it happened to me.
