Title: im getting a click and drop in revs while idling every 5-10secs?

when my cars idling i get a click and small drop in revs. any idea what this could be?

think it does it whilst driving aswell

click seems to be coming from down near the belt

Also makes funny noice in car aswell but it all stops if I put Econ on
