Hi everyone, I've blown my radiator well it went during the MOt the other week and just by looking quickly its a bit of a mission to replace? Do I need to take the front bumper off to get to the securing bolts for the shroud? I can't see how the rad is held other than that?
And one last silly question, how's best to fill the system once all the new stuff is on because my 190e was a mission and a half to bleed! Any ideas?
Thanks
Pove

Think there are guides in the maintenance and info section for both mate. Yeah anyway, you need to take the bumper off. Its very straightforward actually, but a bit of a pig if you have aircon as the a/c rad sits in front of it, and trying to manouvre it round that is a PITA! Bleeding is just filling slowly, running the engine whilst massaging hoses and revving to 3k rpm every other minute for 30 seconds with expansion tank cap off. Does take a while though.

I did mine a week ago, took about 2hours, bumper grill and slam panel off which was well easy.....only needed a 10mm and a 13mm ratchet . Then it just un bolts swap it out then put it back together. I'm a complete fist when it comes to mechanics but I managed it, also swapped the fan sensor and thermostat cost about £70 from gsf
