Got it from awesome gti, came nicely packed with loads of bubble wrap polystyrene etc
Also included pancake replacement etc

Could you get me a pic of how it looks behind the drivers side grille? I'm sure mine sticks too far forward, it's gonna be a struggle to get my grille back on

Not sure if it should be that far forward? Did you take any of the plastic front panel away behind the bottom pipe? Also do you have air con/climate?
-
Wazzer - theres pics on my photobucket.. Do a search for carsey2006 and its on the 3rd or 4th page I think. Thats as far back as I could get it!

i trimmed the front pannel on mine and it allowed it to sit back a fair bit i got a genuine r32 bump on first fit with out trimming the front panel i could not get the grill on i trimmed front pannel then ajusted all the pipe work form that bottom intercooler fitting and i can get the grill on perfect no no problem but without trimming that pannel i had no chance
-
any pics
might get the bumper off at the weekend and see if it will push back a bit if I take some of the front panel away on that side
-
this how i did mine the pipe now sits flush up against the front panel be care when cutting as there an air con pip behind if i rember right

Thats how mine sits, but it wont go back any further due to the metal on the chassis leg next to towbar.
-
No prob mate...
I had to cut mine Chris to get it to sit on the chassis leg it was held off a good bit till I cut it
