Is there anyway i can get my standard boot cd changer to work with a alpine headunit???

no.
u can use a sony changer with a vw headunit, but not the otherway round sorry.

Eh???

Ive got a alpine head unit and i wanted the standard boot changer to work with this headunit.

I saw this on ebay, just made me wonder if they do this device for the other way round.

no you cant' do it the other way round.
I was only using the sonys as a example. we mostly do sony to factory unit adapters
