Hi guys just had a little collision in a car park.
Me driving up past parked cars on my left. Doing no more than 2 mph virtually still. A vectra pulled out on me causing damage to my ns wheel and wing.
I don't want my no claims to be affected by this as I believe I am in the right, but I am getting a doubt every time I think about it.
I have an independent witness yet so has he.
What are your thoughts??
Any help would be apprciated

Sorry reversed out on me
-
if he has reversed out causin u to hit him its his fault
-
He revered his car into you, I cant see how this can possibly be your fault?
-
Thanks guys you dont how much this makes me feel as i dont want to lose my no claims
-
You won't lose your no claims but you'll still see an increase in premium. Mine has increase by around 30% due to a non-fault claim which wasn't even processed by my insurer

1) Is there any CCTV that can be used against you or him :lipsrsealed:

If you have his details, (phone number or address), get in touch with him and see if he would prefer to pay for repairs without getting insurance involved. (Thats if he's admitting he is at fault.) Will be cheaper for the repair, and will not affect either of your premiums. Simples.

The thingy should learn to reverse bay park.

I wrote my van off, was only going slow as it was icy and at night, a cat ran across the road, I braked to miss it and skidded into a tree, could have repaired it but didn't want to, didn't claim on insurance as it was only worth £1400 and my excess was £850. I never declare it to my insurance company, if I didn't claim then I'm not volunteering information that will make the rip off barstewards charge me more than the extortionate price that I already have to pay, it goes up every year for me even though I have never made a claim and am getting older.
