Morning all,

I posted a couple of weeks ago that after fitting my Zenec satnav unit myself I made the mistake of turning on the ignition with the switches not connected in the dash, I now have he airbag failure light. Anyhoo.. I took it to my local garage who plugged there snap on computer to the car, they said its not communicating with the car, they said they will update the software with snap on and then I can bring t back and it should work. Nope, still does not communicate.

Any ideas or anyone else had this? I might try taking it to anther garage and let them have a go.

Garage reckons the airbags will still work but just has he warning light which irritates me hugely.

Hi mate, your probably best trying to find someone who has VCDS and is willing to turn off the light for you, its quite simple when you have the right equipment. :wink:
