Title: golf 2.0 GT FSI mpg
Post by: trigolf on 23 January 2012, 10:06
Hi,

I'm thinking of trading in my old Golf GTI MK3 16V (150 BHP) for a MK5 2.0 GT FSI -also 150 BHP. Is the published urban MPG fig realistic - i.e. 26 MPG ? In my old Golf I could achieve around 32MPG if driven gently ?

No mapping on mine, get around 25-35 normal A roads depending how i drive, or 40-43 when being a good boy on long 60 limit A roads (most of my daily drive).
