Title: CHANGING MK3 GTI FRONT END TO VW VENTO

Hello.

Can any one who has changed or is it possible and more to the point does it all fit on a mk3 gti. does the bonnet fit and close with the lights/grill from the vento is it just as simple as spraying a vento mk3 bonnet to my car colour fitting it and swapping the grill and lights. Also i want to take the back spoiler off it looks like 3 bots that go through the glass how do you fill this or make it look good. I havent taken off the spoiler just after some advice if people have done the same. Any help would be great THANKS. :smiley:

not done it myself but have seen it done many times so its definately possible. i thik you need, wings, bonnet, slam panel, lights, grill and thats about it. they should just bolt on where the others came off.

as for removing your spoiler, the quick and easy way is to put som little rubber bungs in the holes or the proper way is to get some glass off a low spec golf without the holes in it.
