Title: vr6 vs agu 1.8t

hi i have just gone from a vr6 to a golf 1.8t and cant beleive the difference in fuel consumption my 1.8t is well better,i thought being a turbo it would eat alot more tbh,i think when i do my k03s or k04 turbo conv it will plummet haha well chuffed tho

yeah i got one mate,im having alot of work done on my house so the focus st was not allowed she in doors said :angry:,
but tbh im not that assed cos i love my golf,its been remapped to 180 bhp by a company called upsolute,iv never heard of them,but it is quick when it gets going,when i decide which turbo im goin for im going to take it to awsome gti and get it on the rollers or if someone knows a rolling road company closer to me,im from preston in lancs

lol not with a nice exhaust some guy round my way has a 1.8t r32 rep with twin pipes it sounds nice,it sounds similar to my bro in laws fiat coupe 20v turbo

I just got 36.5 MPG out of mine on a 85 mile trip :)

So it smokes on start up and pops like a mofo on lift off :grin:

thats the plan mate im going to get the body work sorted aswell as the is a few scratches and tiny dints mechanically its bang on does not miss a beat for 750 i got a bargain lol
