so who out there would be interested in getting proven vw cup race technology and modifications done to there road cars if it were being offered as a option by a leading race team,
-
but there are tricks your allowed to do on road cars that the rules don't allow on race cars.
-
youve not really understood where im coming from there, i was asking that if there were a a race team that competed in the vw racing very successfully that were looking to start doing conversions like brakes remaps dsg conversions etc and bringing there race technology to the road car market would that be of interest to us vw owners?? :D
-
Possibly guppy, do tell more...
-
what race technology would they be implementing?
-
technology is always interesting. i think you meant to say marketing though, which is always rather dull
-
oh definately marketing, can't think of anything worse than commuting in a cup car
-
Yeah man I would
-

Anything with 'race' attached to it is generally poisonously expensive.
Unless it's 'Raceland', in which case it's poisonous scrap.
Of course people are going to be interested in what you're doing.
Right up to the point they can put their hands in their pockets.
-
Don't VWR already do stuff like this?
-
yep, there's a brochure of bits on the parts desk at colbornes guildford. was surprised what they sell, LSD's etc.
