Title: Dashboard painting

Thinking of spraying my dashboard and door cards in my transporter. Couple of questions
How would i give it a key, as it is textured and i dont want to scratch the hell out of it by sanding it
What kind of paint would i need, and where would i get it from?

how you considered flocking the dash?
