internals will be ok if agu, con rods needed over 300bhp. also at that power id invest in a lsd

T3 will produce over 300hp, and lb/ft if mapped half decent, my t28 can do that :grin:

Wot maf would I need. Been offered this turbo for 150. And just seen bill for 360 wen my mate had it reconditioned and roller bearings fitted. Manifold ain't a prob on eBay for 89. Just need more info plz

Saab reds with 3'' ID maf
Calibra yellows with VR6 maf.
Both are if AGU, funnily enough i have some sonic washed Reds if you need some.

there is a company in the U.S that makes the down pipe for a T3 turbo on a 1.8T but cant remember who it is. ive also got a T3 turbo with internal waste-gate and stainless steel manifold(which are meant to be crap lol).

Pricey.
