Hello, just grabbed myself a tidy Mk 4 as my old Puma lost a fight against a German trucker and was sideswiped as i was travelling home on the M27. It has a few niggles which i need to get sorted like a new stereo or security face plate for the old one. Also it has only 1 key so i have been in touch with Vagwerkes and will get one sorted on payday.
It has no history of a cam belt change and at 96k i should get it done asap. Anyone recommend a decent (trustworthy!!) VW specialist in the Fareham/Pompey/Southampton area?
Wheels are nice though i think..... I take it they weren't stock.
This is my 2nd GTI after my boy racer period in the 1990's when i had a 1.6 Mk 1.
