he used a flashing light, and the camera was taking parts of the photo for like 2 minutes i dunno really but thats what i seen him do

top one is intresting but hard to make out its a dub in the pic, the other 2 are poor imo

In the first one the car should have been moved at the start of the shot e.g. get the light trails at the start of the exposure and then expose the car in the final position at the end of the exposure.
