Can some one please explain a few things, where abouts in a diesel engine would that go, and how the hell that works to provide upto 10BHP?

An awful gimmick?

It does say "This is a direct replacement for the standard plastic intake pipe" but i don't know how well it would perform!!!

There's a sticker  in the kit and as we know stickers give 10BHP

Just looks like a snorkel pipe for the air box at a guess for cold intake?

I don't have a plastic TIP. It's metal and alot bigger than that one!

If stickers add 10BHP how much does a flat bottom steering wheel add

What do you mean by a snorkel pipe? One you run up from the bottom of the bumper?
