Well as above just been to vw to collect oil , oil filter , pollen filter and fuel filter. Got home and noticed they gave me quantum platinum 5w 40 is that right ?

thats what i use in mine-it replaced the 'quantum synta gold' fully synth oil that vw use to recommend-are you using f/s oil at the mo....?

Yep always used f/s . Castrol now do a fully synthetic 5w 30 magnatec version . but its long life isn't it

Got oil , oil filter , fuel filter , pollen filter and sump plug for £53 that's with discount tho

really?!?

when i went in at the summer i got pollen filter, oil filter, petrol filter, sump plug and oil for about £40 :S dont know how i managed that one then :D

haha think he might have forgot to put something through so i may have got oil for free or something, either that or he might have given me discount cause ive been in a few times when the same lads been there and each time hes given me stuff for free or given me discount as a good will jesture

Oil is around £30 so probs not charged for oil
