Has anybody got one and what do you think?
I can get hold of one for £150. Mostly bothered about music, films, photos etc

I'd rather not, honestly. BlackBerry aren't even sure of their direction by the looks of it, so you could end up with an unsupported device with not many apps and not much incentive for developers for to make apps for it.
There are other good tablets out there for that sort of money, the AndyPad Pro is one of them as is the Scroll Excell, the latter having the same processor as the original Samsung 7" Galaxy tab and a good review over at the Ebuyer forums, it also has HDMI out and 3D out support too (handy if you have a 3D TV).
We got our eldest a Scroll Essential and value for money it's worth it and exceeded my expectation. The build quality is crap, but when I dropped it from about a metre high it managed to clip the screen back into the body easily enough and didn't come off completely. Hey ho it's only a £70 tablet, you can't expect much from it. The resolution is crap on them and not everything will install from the Market, like Google Books, but you can just sideload them as you do with the Market. With the Google Books app side loaded you can then access the books on the market place as normal.
