Title: Where do I start then.....

The Mrs got me a Panasonic Lumix FZ48 camara for xmas  :smiley:

Can anyone recommend me any internet sites or books worth a read as a beginner in photography?

i find watching videos easiest to learn from.  youtube 'gaving hoey' and 'dom bower' as i have learnt lots from both
