Title: 1.8t agu k03s injectors

I have got my self a k03s turbo for my agu 1.8 20vt

i wouldnt mind upgrading my injectors to gain a little more power

which injectors do people use that are obv better than standard but dont idle shiz

you won't need bigger injectors until you go over approx 230bhp. Also you can't just fit them and drive away, you will suffer bore wash and generally rubbish running as the map will need adjusting to suit. But when you do need them, Calibra C20LET yellows or for big power Saab reds  :wink:

Mine ran at 100% duty cycle at 229bhp so they were knocked back slightly. Others have had more power from them, it's probably down to complimentary mods

I should be running out at 240bhp then il have it mapped so its all set up.. I just wouldnt mind better injectors so i can get the most of the k03s

yep fair point mate. Just bear in mind the rods in the 1.8T don't like more than approx 300lb/ft. The K03S at that sort of power has a big spike of torque lol

Yeah.. I have seen and heard of alot of people that k03s the agu and there fine.

Who did you get to sonic wash the injectors, Dave? 

I could do with a set being done and calibrated...

My old man works at what used to be Kenwoods up Golden Hill Fort.

They have a massive heated wash bath in there, then i just bought a rebuild kit off Ebay (£10) no calibrating i'm afraid  :sad:
