Find me a bargain!

I know i want it to have:

1080p
at least 2 hdmi ports
optical out
freeview hd
internet ready
usb movie playback capability
pref an L.E.D tv

between 32" and 40". no more than £500

And will leave you with change bud I wouldnt normally suggest this but take a look in comet or curries some mad sales on but the spec your after enarly most 40 inch decent branded tvs's will have it its up to you what look you want

hmmm top one is very tempting at that price. although the lack of tinternet and hd freeview is holding me back slightly. good find though as i didn't see that on amazon!
