Title: who knows about cams?

hello, so far i've spoken to a few of you about my mk3 8v gti.

i also have a B reg, carb'd 1.6 scirocco GT.

my question is - will the original cam from my golf fit in the 'rocket'?

i'm sure there's a few of you swapped all sorts of cam's, so is this possible or am i miles off?

advice appreciated  8)
