Right... When you open the pass side door the interior lights or the puddle light don't come on.. Iv had the door card off.. And when you touch the little resister thing on the puddle light on to the metal of the door the interior lights come on so does the puddle light..
Can anyone help any ideas?
Iv tried a different lock module, puddle light and a door loom and still no luck
Cheers :)

Same issue here - both doors!

Well most lights are switched earth so check micro switch in door lock is working correctly if not get your wiring diagrams out and check earths for shorts high resistance or an open circuit

I'm not sure what you mean by the little resistor thing on the door, but I had this problem with my drivers door which led me to leave my lights on a few times as the buzzer didn't sound.
I stripped the door down and removed the lock assembly. It turned out the solder joints on the circuit board had gone dry. Once re-soldered and reassembled everything works perfectly.

That's what i thought it might be so I just brought another.. Unless I'm really unlucky and both have gone.. And there's a little resister on the top of the puddle light.. I'm going to try the earths then if it's not that it must be the lock assembly..
Cheers so far :)

I had the same problem, it turned out to be the door moduel. Change it and it should work then.

Same problem !! Is the switch the best place to start ? Also my rear passenger light doesnt work at all i got it to after fiddling now its stopped again ??

So the door lock module? Iv replaced it once.. It was second hand though.. He said it worked but suppose that dusnt mean it does..

It's normally the micro switch in there that fails or circuit board connecting to it you can check on bag com mvb's to check for door open/door closed positions

Yeah that's what I did too and it worked fine.
