Fecking hell Velly, nearly sodding lost it on that sliproad son. Just remembered lol! forgot i was in a mk3 running bicycle width 13's lol!


Get them brake lights sorted!

Coming back up to Newport again tonight it looks like to pick up a koni kit off a bloke from Merthyr.

Could have built my own sodding bridge accross with the amount of cash that ive given the severn bridge toll people!

So, to recap.  My car will have a nice shiney new door, front bumper and smooth weighted gear shift and sit low and solid.

But, still wont go more than 50 cos the clutch is fecked! lol priorities!

Yeah im still chuffed everytime i look at it. Dude thought the headgasket had gone big time, had it AA recovered and everything! Turned out to just need some diesel!

Mk3's are still pants tho...........

Right then,

Mk2 16v

Lots changed on the mk2, new front big bumper and drivers door (cheers Velly!) also Full set of Koni adjustables (lowered 40mm - Cheers Whiteknight!), along with new G60 top mounts. Grey swage stripe removed (how f**king annoying to get off??!) along with full arch kit removed. Also now has clear/red rear lenses and a full stainless Scorpion monza exhaust. 

What is doesnt have is an MOT or a new clutch, but im working on that.........

Looking out for a new tailgate and a respray later in the year.

Ahhh the Redbaron, best fun you can have with your clothes on.  1.8 8v with 5 cyl audi throttle body, kent 270 cam, ported and polished head + manifolds made noise to die for. So much fun to drive, drove it all through the winter (ice on the inside of the car most mornings) and i loved it.

Bit of a basket case tho so sold it before it needed another MOT  :grin:
