Is there any way to up the boost on a ahu engine with getting it chipped or remappef.

And how can you tell if actuator is working properly or not and where is it locatedm!

You need a boost gauge and then, once you know what's going on you can look at wastegate fiddling and maps.

Well you can feel it boosting upto 2.5k then nothing and driving normal but wont boost any more than it does at light throttle if you go half way or more on accelerator :huh:

Get it VAG-COM read and find out if there are any faults in the car that are causing it to go into limp-home mode.

You have one way of finding out and that involves a cable and a laptop.

Does it have to be a vag com as my brother inlaw is a mechanic and cam get a diagnostics machine but I dont what one it is

I think you can use generic units on it, as it should be an OBDII port, but my experience has been VAG-COM.
