hi this car is for sale down the road from me what do people think of it is it overpriced

doesent look too bad, would need a little money spent on it no doubt.
its hard to tell what a motors like from an ad though, go have a look, check out the service history, give the car a look over, get a code reader on it, give it a test drive.

ide proberbly be paying around £1600 for it.

its done 177,000 miles tho thats the only thing that would stop me paying that sort of money you can get sub 100k gti turbo for that sort of cash

ah sorry i didnt see the milage, i know people who have mk4's with the milage and there still going strong, just need to have a good check over of it.

with that milage ide be looking at paying less

That's not the only thing that stops me from buying it...

Awful ad, the guy selling it took it on as part ex so doesn't really know the car and the MOT is due next month.  Could be an expensive new year.

wouldnt touch it plenty of better things for the money out there i just picked up a 2004 leon cupra for not much more thn he wants for that :smiley:
