Title: Sharing PS3 Wireless connection
Post by: Guy on 17 December 2011, 14:31
right... hoping this might save me a lot of trouble

Is there a way of using the wifi connection on the PS3 to then route the interwebs to my sky HD box via the ethernet ports on both?

It will still function as a PS3 it just changes the operating system and makes it more user friendly:D Just google "Linux on PS3" and it will come up with plenty of info and gudides for you to follow! It's not something that many people do because of scaremongering by few about the fact that you need to make hardware changes etc. which is a load of bull... simple and easy to do and most of all free :D
