Hey everyone, Do you receive any power increase from silicone hoses or are they just fancy dress.?

Also could someone take a few minutes to post a few link's for Performance VW part's (Mk3)

They are really fancy dress unless you have a turbo in which case they do help a little plus cope with more boost.
