k03s is std
a hybrid has the core off a bigger turbo, and usually has the turbo shell bored out to fit the bigger core
cheers, obviously a bit dearer then lol

The compressor housing and exhaust housing size makes alot of difference.

with the k04 theres adaptions to be done tho arnt they, ie oil lines etc, whats the K03s good for BHP wise, looking at forge actuators as well, are these upgraged to the OEM ones

see theres another val by forge http://www.awesome-gti.co.uk/product.php?xProd=42014&xSec=9920,   i already have the 007p, would the other valve be more beneficial

Stick with your 007 thats fine mate. To put the k04 on you will need exhaust manifold, downpipe and oil/coolant lines. The k03s you can get 240bhp and its defo worth getting a forge actuator.

buy an old k04-023, bind the compressor wheel, back plate and housing to your k03s and you have a hybrid k03/k04.
will need a rebuild kit and will have to get it balanced.. so far has cost me about £150
