Hi
Bought a Golf 1.4S 2000 on the weekend but the guy never had any service history with it.
I heard there is a way to get it but I am unsure of how to, can anyone shed some light on this please?
Aaron

Do you have any clue as of where is was likely to be serviced?
If it was VW then you can visit a dealer and request information.

Haven't a clue mate, but when I checked the MOT status online he seemed to use the same garage for a few years, they might of serviced it too. Might be worth a ring?
Also, would they be able to send me receipts/mot papers etc?

Would be worth calling them yes.
They can charge you for previous MOT certificates. All depends if the receipts are stored on a computer system and not hand written like the usual.
