Title: stopping distance!

ok im from the mk2 section but i need an answer to this asap. what distance does it take for a mk6 golf gti to stop from 70 and 80? cheers guys

No idea mate, I just push the middle pedal and it pulls up sharpish

312mm on the GTI/D and 345mm on the R for the fronts. Can't remember what size the rears are, not that they do much.
Same sizes as a mk5 Golf (which is what it is really anyway).

Autocar measures that sort of details. I bet they reviewed the GTI sometime in 2009...
