Title: New to foum - not to GTI ownership. :o)

Hi all,

Had a Mk5 GTI for a year or two a few years back and have found myself in a Mk6 GTI since the middle of last week. I'm pretty happy with my choice. :)

I went :

RX8 230
RX8 230
Mk5 GTI DSG 5dr
Mazda 6 MPS
Freelander 2
Mk6 GTI DSG 3dr

Only thing I'm missing is that it has the 17" alloys on instead of the 18" Monzas and I just can't bring myself to fork out best part of another grand so soon after buying it. Oh and the Land Rover had cruise control which in this day and age of average speed cameras, was perfect - I want that back. :D
