Im with you on that. 5k tops?

+1 its a lovely looking golf and a good spec but i cant see how they can justify 7995.00 id say between 4500.00 to 5500.00 max but its worth watever people are willing to pay i guess
-
Nice but +1 on the overpriced view
-
With already having the MK1 I can only dream about what an 8k budget would do for it! in other words I'd rather have fun making something out of 8k over buying something that cost more to put together that's already done. At least you'd know the car inside and out if you ever had a problem later on.
Don't think I could ever buy an ex show car.

Love it, very tastefull just a tad pricy however.

Sweet Mk2 this, seen it before, only thing i don't like personally is those chrome rim bumpers
Love the head unit (i have one of these in storage from back in the day)
Seems very very over priced, that said it will ave cost a bit to build, theirs a 3k interior their, MJ retrim, and Mj is my mate so i know the prices what he will have charged
prob 2k in paint, then the rebuild of engine..... etc etc
-
Probably up for more than he expects to get for it, ready to be knocked down i suppose?
Meet half way, everyones happy.
Looks bloody amazing to me

I really like the chrome trimmed bumpers personally, I fitted some of those in place of the standard big bumpers on my last late mk2 valver.
