Hi!VW GOLF MK4 1.8T is new to me,i plan to get one hope the member in this forum can advise me which year model to look for?What is the things to check before buying?All advise are welcome!

As above.. what you're asking is basically that someone fits the entire content of the mk4 section into one post :grin:

Loads of info on here, do a search for terms like "buying advice" to get a general idea, then "common problems" to find specifics.
