-
Always Coca Colaaaaa Lalalalala la lala la la
-
Coffee is known for its teeth cleaning abilities after all
Coke Zero every so often for me. Water otherwise
-
Normal coke for me. Coke Zero is worse for you as it has more addictives to make up for the sugar. It's been known for a while now.
Hate pepsi.
Me: A can of coke please
Waiter: is Pepsi ok?
Me: is monopoly money ok?
-
diet pepsi all the way as i think it still tastes sweet unlike diet coke
-
an ice cold can of coke
-
Curiousity Cola  look at my grin shinieeee!
-
Either or as long its not diet as that stuff is toxic to your body. And addictive.
-
Pepsi Challenge . Pepsi wins mostly every time
Remember doing it a Thorpe Park, nice lady.
-
Coke.
Pepsi makes my teeth feel scratchy.
And I'm a smoker so my teeth are nicotine stained.
-
Jolt Cola!
-
diet coke get through gallons of the stuff 3 four cans a day although prefer the taste in a can to a bottle weird eh
-
I can feel the sugar on my teeth after drinking full fat.
Pepsi Max is my favourite of the two, (coke zero being the other), but I rarely drink fizzy pop tbh.
-
I find that Coke is "softer" and sweeter than Pepsi. I find this with Sprite v 7-up.
Unsurprisingly, I prefer Coca Cola/Sprite over Pepsi/7-up.
-
pepsi all the way  much nicer drink ...not so gassy
-
pepsi for me too
-
Pepsi Max all the way. I hate Diet Coke with a passion. Can't drink "normal" due to being diabetic.
If I could get it at a reasonable price I'd have Diet Mountain Dew or Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr Pepper.
-
whichever way you look at it they're all full of sh!t that you shouldn't be drinking too much of
i am partial to the occasional coke though
-
i rarely drink either, unless i am having a Voddie :smug:

-
Coke every time!!
-
To me they are completely different drinks......
I prefer Diet Coke with McDonalds and Diet Pepsi with KFC. Now I know that is all you can get from either but I actually prefer them like that for some reason.
Pepsi Max is nice though and I've never liked Pepsi or Coke but like Coke Zero and now don't mind Coke.
Anyone seen the Coke in the glass bottles in some newsagents? Tastes nicer!
-
If I do it's coke all the way.
Mostly drink fruit juice. Red grape. Fall of sugar I know.
-
pepsi max (diabetic)
-
coke zero
aspartame isn't that bad for you, you'd have to drink around 20 cans a day for any even remotely ill effects (mild headaches etc) , it's just made of two amino acids ( L-phenylalanine and L-aspartate )both of which are found in all proteins.
people who are worried about the ill effects of a can of diet soft drink or two must live in a hermetically sealed bubble of health cos your more likely to get ill from walking down the street.
-
Depends, on tap it's Coke. In a bottle it's Pepsi...
-
Dr Pepper!
-
I voted Pepsi although Coke Cola is so much better in the glass bottles
-
i do agree it does taste better in bottles
-
Quatro. Who remembers that?
And yes, that is how you spell it.

Although aspartame is addictive. About 5 years ago i got too a stage where its all i could drink, a substitute for water more or less. I would say I was dringking about between 1 and 2 ltrs a day. Made me really ill all the time, constant headaches, insomnia and generally didn't feel to great psycologically. Put on about 3 stone for no apparent reason. I know mainstream science will tell you its perfectly safe but I just go on personal experience.
I eventually managed to cut it out and all 'sugar free' products and for the past three years I have been as fit of a fiddle, no headaches, no colds, no nothing to be frank. My weight returned to normal. I made no other changes to my lifestyle so I put it down to aspartame and research into it has more or less cemented that opinion. Like many additives, its a toxic substance under the right conditions, like flouride in your toothpaste and water, mercury in your fillings etc. Your better off without them in your body.

aspartame disease, a friend at my gym had it, severe depression cos of it, a few weeks with no diet coke and he was back to his usual funny self, why i dont drink it. doctor prescribed lots of pills but he did his own research the same as you, lucky he did.
also theres a fungicide in diet coke that used to be used to treat trees.
i'll stick to my robinsons barley water, lol

plus it was robbing him of better results from workouts, the aspartame in it was making him crave carbs, so he was always hungry, dropped the coke and his diet was suiting him better

Cocaine for me... Oh hold on I miss read! Coke
-
Pepsi for me normally one can a day.... Think Coke is too sweet, though an ice cold can once in a while is nice..
All the zero sugar drinks like Pepsi Max, Diet Pepsi, Coke Zero and Diet Coke are all full of harmful sweetners like Aspartame.... I'd rather the calories of a full sugar drink !!
-
Pepsi tastes better. Coke has more fizz and less flavour

Fizzy drinks aren't elixirs of health. Both diet and full fat versions are bad or you so u wouldn't worry too much about it. Moderation and all that
-
PEPSI for normal consumption. Well, Max infact.
Cocacola, from a glass bottle, ice cold at chirsmas is absolute win.
"Holidays are commin', holidays are commin'"

I'm not saying fizzy drinks are good for you. I'm saying I'd rather have real sugar in a drink (Pepsi and Coke) and have the calories than drink Diet Pepsi, Diet Coke, Pepsi Max or Coke Zero which all contain Aspartame.
-
im addicted to pepsi max cherry, gove it a try :)
-
Cherry Lucozade is the one
