Hi Guys

Im new here and I just got a Golf Gti Mk2 8v.  I know nothing about them but am a quick learner!

pics are here - comments appreciated - not sure if this car is any good, as the coolant temp is always flashing, the oil temp is high and the indicators dont work (that happened yesterday)

Welcome to the forum.  :smiley: As for your problems, if coolant light keeps flashing check the water level in the expansion tank as it will flash if it's low, also check the connector to it to see if it's a dodgy sensor if the level is ok. What is your oil temp ? Can't comment if it's too high or not unless you tell us what it's running at. As for the indicators, check the fuse and bulbs.  :smiley: If that's your only problems then it doesn't sound too bad.  :smiley:
