my advice is get the one with 250GB HDD, the 4GB version wont last ten minuets then its full. im not a big fan of kinect, my mate got it used it once hasn't used it since.

some games to consider are Forza 4 for racing. Fifa 12 for the football fix. if you want to shoot stuff either COD or battlefield 3. batman is pretty sweet as well. look for any of these titles and you wont be far off.

No he means you can just get the hard drive, and swap them over.

Many games are best - and some require you to - downloaded to the hard drive.  With 4Gig you'd be lucky to get 1 or 2 games on there.

Are there any warranty issues with putting a different hard drive into a "new" console?

I think the idea is to plug an external hard drive into one of the many usb ports, should you need to

if you've not got one yet, check out 'game'. they have the 4gb xbox360 at a very good price. they just put the 250gb back up in price, so get there soon before the 4gb goes up again. buy online though, I checked my local store and it was £20 more! (I just treated myself)

Not bad at all, just pick yourself up a bigger hard drive and slot it in the back. Plenty of tutorials on YouTube should you get stuck.

And the hard drive doesn't need to be that big anymore, because it's only really for disc installs and downloaded content - all your save games can be stored on the cloud.
