nick, have you got down to testing this yet?. i am in the middle of buying bits to get one built up. all i have to buy now is the compressor wheel whichi can get for £60 delivered.
if your`s went well then i`m going for it!
i got everything else ready to go bolt on so once my car is ready i am coming to get another custom.
so far got,
c20let injectors/2.75" maf housing
new 255lph fuel pump / filter
all the mods it had last time i came for custom stage 2.
how much would i be looking at this time mate?.

Sorry to jump in on this but you put filter , is that fuel filter , was you thinking unrated one off a 225, or just a standard new one? The only reason is having problems with a hybrid I did one mine , and was wondering if this could be the problem or upgraded map sensor ,
Cheers

just a new fuel filter!
-
best you call him mate, you know he is vvvv busy  my car has moved in for winter lol
-
o.k. will do tomorrow

just a new fuel filter!
Ok cool will you be running a Uprated map ?

So far after 2 hours mapping today on an AUM with a k03-k04-023 hybrid we have got 260bhp/292lbft...
The limiting factor was the stock k03 actuator which was old and weak and maxed the n75 out to 100% and 222bhp 250lbft, boost peaked to 18psi and just fell straight off even with the N75 map hacked to 100%.
I had to make a make shift adjustable spring contraption to add pre load to the oem actuator until we car a forge unit with yellow spring in stock.
The 260bhp was carried out with stock AUM injectors @4bar, which maxed out at 6300rpm on the 260bhp run. My 386cc BAM injectors are going in tomorrow and another 1 of dyno testing to set the timing up.
I think I will easy hold around 18psi to 6500rpm.... I hope the final numbers to be around 270bhp/280lbft if we can run enough timing, only issues is the small turbine which produces high EMPs which passes heat back in to cylinder 3 causing timing pull.
-
that sounds great nick i would love a turbo like that so stock aum injectores ran out of puff at 260 and 250bhp would be safe or would the 260 be safe for road use?? how much to build one of these mate im looking at changing mine soon as doing clutch and flywheel only thing left if blower?
cheers

oooh, interesting...
what is your overall thoughts nick?. its a bit late for me to change my mind as its the route i have chosen and i`m 95% of the way there.
