Title: A couple of pictures of my clean vr6
Post by: jte on 08 May 2005, 15:17: My poor filthy neglected car finally got a decent wash yesterday.

I used Meguires quick clay stuff on it and it worked a treat, made all the rough bits smooth and shiney again, especially the roof. I recommend it. http://www.meguiarsonline.co.uk/shop/products_view.php?prod=16

Just wash the car and apply the clay stuff.

You get a bottle of spray stuff and a bar of "clay", it's a bit like putty.

You spray the liquid onto an area and then rub the clay bar over it until it's smooth like glass, then buff the area dry with a soft cloth. When you have finished the clay treatment you just polish the car as normal.

Takes a bit of elbow grease but the results are brilliant.
