Title: seat cleaning?

I just wondered how everyone is cleaning their upholstery? Iv seen those spray cans (not sure what theyre called) and wondered if theyre any good or you have an recommendations?

Leather or fabric ?

and are we talking a general clean, or do we have some stainage to remove ?

Sorry seems like i forgot the details, its a fabric set and no stains but its just looking abit dull and faided. I was just hoping to give it a freshen up really.
