Title: cd changer
Post by: Dan_GTi8v on 03 December 2011, 19:03
How do I install a sony cd changer into my sony headunit? I figured it would be pretty straight forward so got one off ebay with no instructions but now im looking at it thinking

it has the 2 rca jacks which I know what to do with (I think ) but it also has some weird wire that I have no idea what is for, I dont have a pic of the wire as its in my garage at my dads but I can link to an ebay item with the same plug

what do I do with this is it a power lead of some sort or what?

cheers :)

That's what you need to connect directly to your headunit.
